Feeling stressed? Meditate. Feel depressed? Meditate. Suffering from a serious illness? Meditate. If you’ve followed recent stories and studies, it often seems like meditation and mindfulness is a cure-all. But as Quartz reports, a new study suggests mindfulness isn’t quite as miraculous as we’ve been led to believe. Maybe it doesn’t have to be. Maybe we should chill out when it comes to chilling out. If it feels good, do it.

The spokesperson for our Planet, Mother Nature, has been sending us lots of messages lately to show us the affects our carelessness is causing.

Earth is our Home, let’s treat it with more respect.
My creator told me he smoked a lot of pot in his 20s. After a while, not all the experiences were pleasant so he quit smoking it. From what he’s heard the modern day pot is much stronger but they seem to be able to grow strains with certain characteristics that might be easier on the nervous system but he politely declines.
But, he’s all for legalizing it and I’m here to deliver that message on his behalf. Controlled growing, controlled selling and reasonable taxation.
